Cancellation and Refund Terms

As stated in the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, returns are not accepted for products with damaged or destroyed original packaging, products damaged in any way due to use, single-use products, and games, software, and programs that can be copied. For return requests other than these, if you wish to return the product you ordered for any reason after receiving it, the procedure you should follow and the things you need to know are as follows:

We kindly request that you submit your return request and describe any problem with the product within 14 (14) days of receiving your order by selecting the relevant order number and filling in the fields under ‘My Product Return Requests’ in the “My Account” section. Please return the product to the Hometech address within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for notifications received after 14 days.

You must return the product with its complete original invoice (otherwise your return will not be processed), in its original undamaged, unused, and unopened condition, without any damage caused by misuse, and including the order number and Hometech's correct address.

The product's box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be included in the return package complete and undamaged.

You must return the product using our contracted shipping company, MNG Kargo, by sending it back to Hometech's correct address. If the product is returned using any shipping company other than MNG Kargo, the shipping cost will be borne by the sender. If the shipping cost is not covered by the sender and the product is returned via a shipping company other than MNG Kargo with the shipping cost payable by the recipient, Hometech reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.

Before approving your return, our "returns department" conducts an inspection of the product. Products deemed faulty are tested when necessary, and return approval is based on the decision from this inspection.

Under these conditions, Hometech covers the shipping costs for all return shipments sent via MNG Kargo. If the product you wish to return is defective, your return will be approved and the amount charged to your credit card will be credited to your account. Accounting procedures are carried out within 7-10 business days after confirmation that your product is faultless and undamaged.

After your return is approved

Once your return is approved, you will be notified of the status of your return via email, and your refund will be processed. The refund to your credit card may take two to three weeks to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processes and procedures. This process is specific to each bank, and Hometech has no control over it. You can obtain detailed information from your bank regarding any delays in the refund appearing on your credit card statement.

RETURN PROCEDURES OTHER THAN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer's "Right to Withdraw Without Giving a Reason" applies only to the return of products for which a return request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase. Returns are not accepted after 14 days.

Special Conditions

When your order is delivered, you should open the package and inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person. This is especially important for packages that are crushed, torn, opened, or wet. In the event of an unexpected problem, if you receive a defective product, you should refuse delivery, have the delivery person prepare a report, and ensure the package is returned to us by the shipping company.

Returns of products with damaged or destroyed original packaging, or any damage due to use, will not be accepted. The customer is obligated to return the product in the same condition as when received and to compensate for any commercial loss resulting from its use.

Disposable products, software and programs that can be copied, and products that spoil quickly or are likely to expire are not eligible for return.


Products Excluded from Returns

Products specially prepared, offered for sale, and/or imported for specific occasions such as New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc., that are prepared according to the consumer's requests or clearly their personal needs, and which, by their nature, are unsuitable for return and are susceptible to rapid spoil or have a high probability of exceeding their expiration date, as well as campaign and promotional products, cannot be returned.
