Warranty Conditions

1. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods and lasts for 2 years.

2. Invoices issued for goods sold do not serve as warranty certificates.

3. The entire product, including all its parts, is covered by our company's warranty.

4. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent on repair will be added to the warranty period. The repair time cannot exceed 20 business days. This period begins from the date the malfunction is reported to the service station, or, if there is no service station, to one of the following: the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer, or manufacturer/producer of the product. The consumer can report the malfunction by telephone, fax, e-mail, registered mail with return receipt, or similar means. However, in case of dispute, the burden of proof rests with the consumer. If the malfunction is not repaired within 10 business days, the manufacturer/producer or importer is obliged to provide the consumer with another product with similar characteristics until the repair is completed.

5. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period due to defects in materials, workmanship, or assembly, it will be repaired free of charge, including no fees for labor, replacement parts, or any other expenses.

6. Even though the consumer exercised their right to repair, the goods;

 If the product malfunctions at least four times within one year from the date of delivery to the consumer, or six times within the warranty period determined by the manufacturer/producer and/or importer, and these malfunctions render the product unusable for a continuous period,
 Exceeding the maximum time allowed for repair,
 If the company's service station, or in the absence of a service station, the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer, or manufacturer/producer, determines through a report that repair of the defect is not possible, the consumer may request a free replacement of the product, a refund, or a price reduction proportional to the defect.

7. In cases of malfunction, it is mandatory for authorized service stations, or if an authorized service station is not available, for the seller, importer, or manufacturer of the product, to determine whether the malfunction is due to user error within the maximum repair period, and to provide the consumer with a copy of this report. The consumer may apply to the consumer arbitration board or consumer court, taking into account the monetary value of the dispute, requesting an expert assessment based on the report.

8. Malfunctions resulting from misuse of the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.

9. For any issues that may arise regarding the Warranty Certificate, you can contact the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

10. You can submit your complaints and objections to consumer courts and consumer arbitration boards.
