Veri sorumlusu ba\u015fvuruda yer alan talepleri, talebin niteli\u011fine g\u00f6re en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ve en ge\u00e7 otuz g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde \u00fccretsiz olarak sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131r. Ancak, i\u015flemin ayr\u0131ca bir maliyeti gerektirmesi h\u00e2linde, Kurulca belirlenen tarifedeki \u00fccret al\u0131nabilir. Veri sorumlusu talebi kabul eder veya gerek\u00e7esini a\u00e7\u0131klayarak reddeder ve cevab\u0131n\u0131 ilgili ki\u015fiye yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak veya elektronik ortamda bildirir. Ba\u015fvuruda yer alan talebin kabul edilmesi h\u00e2linde veri sorumlusunca gere\u011fi yerine getirilir. Ba\u015fvurunun veri sorumlusunun hatas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde al\u0131nan \u00fccret ilgiliye iade edilir.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle, KVK Kanunu kapsam\u0131nda &nbsp;bir \u201cveri sorumlusu\u201d olan \u015eirketimiz\u2019e yapabilece\u011finiz talep ve ba\u015fvurularda ilgili ki\u015fi\/ba\u015fvuru sahibi olarak &nbsp;i\u015fbu form ile a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki se\u00e7eneklerden biri kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015fvuru yapabilirsiniz;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Do\u011frudan ba\u015fvuru sahibinin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yer alan \u015firket adresine gelerek T.C. Kimlik Kart\u0131 ibraz\u0131 ile kimli\u011fini ispatlayarak ba\u015fvuru yapmas\u0131;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiili ba\u015fvuru adresimiz; \u015eirket Adresi : Be\u015fyol Mah. Akasya Sok. No:14 Florya \/ K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece \/ \u0130stanbul \/ T\u00dcRK\u0130YE<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Noter arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lmas\u0131 veya iadeli taahh\u00fctl\u00fc mektupla \u015eirket ileti\u015fim adresimize iletilmesi yaz\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fvuru iletilmesi; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. <\/strong><strong>\u0130\u015fbu Talep ve Ba\u015fvuru Formu\u2019nu 5070 say\u0131l\u0131 Elektronik \u0130mza Kanununda tan\u0131ml\u0131 olan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cg\u00fcvenli elektronik imza\u201d ile imzalayarak <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:kvkk@yildizholding.com.tr\">&nbsp;hometechelektronik@hs03.kep.tr <\/a><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;adresine Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Elektronik Posta (KEP) yoluyla g\u00f6ndermek suretiyle taraf\u0131m\u0131za iletilmesi,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da belirtilen yollar, Kanun\u2019un 13. maddesinin 1. f\u0131kras\u0131 gere\u011fince \u201cyaz\u0131l\u0131\u201d ba\u015fvuru kapsam\u0131ndad\u0131r. Kurul\u2019un belirleyece\u011fi ba\u015fkaca di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemler duyurulduktan sonra bu y\u00f6ntemler \u00fczerinden de ba\u015fvurular\u0131n ne \u015fekilde al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 \u015eirketimizce ilgililerine duyurulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Taraf\u0131m\u0131za iletilmi\u015f olan ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131z Kanun\u2019un 13. maddesinin 2. f\u0131kras\u0131 gere\u011fince, talebin niteli\u011fine g\u00f6re talebinizin bizlere ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren \u201cen k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ve en ge\u00e7 otuz g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde\u201d \u00fccretsiz olarak yan\u0131tlanacakt\u0131r.&nbsp; Ancak,&nbsp; i\u015flemin&nbsp; ayr\u0131ca&nbsp; bir maliyeti&nbsp; gerektirmesi halinde, &nbsp;\u015eirketimiz taraf\u0131ndan Ki\u015fisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu\u2019nca belirlenen tarifedeki \u00fccret al\u0131nacakt\u0131r. Yan\u0131tlar\u0131m\u0131z ilgili Kanun\u2019un 13. maddesi h\u00fckm\u00fc gere\u011fince yaz\u0131l\u0131 veya elektronik ortamdan taraf\u0131n\u0131za ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ba\u015fvuru &nbsp;ve talebinizin niteli\u011fine g\u00f6re, sizlerden istenen bilgi ve belgelerin eksiksiz ve do\u011fru olarak taraf\u0131m\u0131za iletilmesi gerekmektedir. \u0130stenilen bilgi ve belgelerin gere\u011fi gibi sa\u011flanmamas\u0131 durumunda, \u015eirketimiz taraf\u0131ndan talebinize istinaden yap\u0131lacak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n tam ve nitelikli \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinde aksakl\u0131klar ya\u015fanabilecektir. Bu durumda hakl\u0131 olarak &nbsp;\u015eirketimiz kanuni haklar\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tuttu\u011funu beyan eder.
